Reframe Training

Constellations in essence. Situation reframing.

Change your reality by changing your view and perception.

Sessions focused on shifting the dynamics and the understanding of the situation

What role are you stepping into?

How do you feel in that role?

What would you have to believe about yourself—or the world—to step into it?

And how can you change that?

Did we just step into someone else's game?

How do we completely shift it, or step out of it?

What to expect: We begin with simple exercises often used as warm-ups in improv, and then move into applied constellations, specific real-life situations we want to understand, or change.

Example: You want a raise at work, but you don't feel confident or comfortable asking for it.

What do we do: We simulate the scene and explore different ways to approach the situation.

We recreate the picture and go through multiple scenarios stepping into different roles and perspectives to see how the situation unfolds.

This is about changing your view and creating an alignment with who you believe you are and who you actually are within. Finding the way to allow yourself to step into your desired reality. Where you feel aligned and confident with your desire, so you can genuinely and confidently express it from within. Step into your power, strength, and freedom, and be more authentic.

As you change your perception, you act differently and the world shifts.

This training is not just about learning methodology you can use with clients. The core lies in the experience of exploration of our internal world and our understanding of life.

We go deeply into beliefs, motivational system.

Before subscribing for the course, I recommend trying at least one, or two sessions of standard REFRAME sessions.
