Life starts to feel more like a game you actually enjoy. You allow yourself to fully immerse in the experience, stop holding yourself back, and through trust in yourself, your self-expression, actively create your life. We experiment, mess up, and just having fun with it.

What to expect: We begin with simple exercises often used as warm-ups in improv, and then move into constellation techniques.

​

A spontaneous image or dynamic may emerge, or you can bring your own personal story, dream, fairy tale, or any system that comes to mind.
